Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I know almost nothing about HVAC systems, heating, cooling etc. Randy took the time to explain everything to me so that I could understand what he was doing. He let me know what needed to be done versus what could wait and even gave me some recommendations on other things besides Heating and Cooling. If you are looking for an HVAC specialist, look no further than RLD. If his experience and knowledge couldn't be enough, he is also a US Marine and Veteran!

I called RLD to fix my boiler and Randy came and was very professional. Randy did excellent work and was very thorough to ensure there were no other problems that I may not know about. I would recommend Randy and I will definitely be calling him in the future.

I was having serious issues with my heating system. I called Randy, and he was there as soon as I need help. I received quality service! Even better it was at an inexpensive rate compared to other quotes I received. 1,000 stars!

Randy was communicative, timely, and knowledgeable! We needed help capping our gas lines on a weekend and he was there no questions asked. We also discussed some ductless A/C installation later on and will definitely call him when we are ready for that work to be done.

Randy is an honest and upstanding guy. When I was having trouble with my home heating system he showed up same day and got me back up and running at a VERY reasonable price!

Randy has done several HVAC and hot water heater jobs for me. He directed me to a tankless hot water heater that I still rave about more than a year later. He's very professional and his work is top notch!

RDL is prompt to respond and knows his stuff. We were without heat...again..and he had us up and running and toasty warm in an hour. Price is reasonable and service was great. We already plan to have him do more work on the system for us.
